Is the group with a tour leader throughout the day?

With a tour leader

A tour leader and member of the London Incognito team will take care of your group from the moment you arrive in London until the end of the service. He will make sure the day and the sequence of activities, visits etc. run smoothly, communicating with the different suppliers in order to ensure a perfect coordination

Without a tour leader

If you do not wish to use one of our tour leader, you will have to organise a tour leader of your own who will personally take care of your group by getting you to the different meeting points with the help of a log book that we will provide you with. However we strongly advise against this option because you may not get a service of absolute quality. Your tour leader might sometimes no speak proper English, or he or she might not know London very well or even our suppliers.

Note that in both cases, our guides and hosts will be on-site during the visits and the activities.

What is the process when organising a bespoke trip/ seminar?

Have a browse through our different activities, visits and workshops which can be found on our website and let us know your needs, requirements, brief and budget. That way, we will be able to create a bespoke trip in perfect harmony with your group’s profile.

What should I let you know when I ask for a proposal?

Is it possible to organise an activity of only 2 hours ?

Our packages/ programmes are all bespoke and custom-built and can be adapted perfectly to the time you have got: an activity of 2 hours, half a day or even a few days…

Is it possible to include transport and transfers within London?

It is completely possible to include transport in your budget. This one includes transfers in private coaches, individual transfers in taxis or VIP cars as well as tickets for public transport if you choose this option.

Can we contact you if need be about a trip without a London Incognito tour leader?

We stay at your entire disposal 24/7 during the whole length of your stay. A translator and his/her phone number will be communicated to you.

Is it possible to have access to meeting space?

If your stay requires a meeting space, we can of course offer you a venue that will match your needs in terms of space, equipment and location in your hotel or near by.

How do you select your suppliers?

London Incognito meets its suppliers in order to be able to test and choose the best in the field, as well as the best venues. Our selection is based on certain values that are very important to us and mainly on the originality, the unusual nature of the service, the novelty factor and the quality of the services.

Can you take care of our pre/post transport?

We can take care of the organization of the pre/post transport in terms of transfers from/to airport/train station to your hotel.

Can you take care of the accommodation?

Yes we can take care of your accommodation.
